Salade de chou japonaise












Ingredients for 4 persons :       
  • 5tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 1tbsp of water
  • 1.5tbsp of castor sugar
  • 1tsp of sesame oil
  • 1tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 0.5piece of white cabbage
  • 1tbsp of salt

Ustensils :
     bowl
Steps :
  • Finely chop the cabbage, add 1 tbsp of salt and let macerate for 30 minutes minimum.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing rice vinegar, sugar, water, sesame oil and mayonnaise !
  • Drain and rinse the chopped cabbage, put it in a bowl and sprinkle with the sauce. Stretch film on it and let cool for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Serve in small ramekins with slices of cucumber and tomato, garnish with sesame seeds.
