Salade de chou japonaise
Ingredients for 4 persons :

- 5tbsp of rice vinegar
- 1tbsp of water
- 1.5tbsp of castor sugar
- 1tsp of sesame oil
- 1tbsp of mayonnaise
- 0.5piece of white cabbage
- 1tbsp of salt

Steps :
- Finely chop the cabbage, add 1 tbsp of salt and let macerate for 30 minutes minimum.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing rice vinegar, sugar, water, sesame oil and mayonnaise !
- Drain and rinse the chopped cabbage, put it in a bowl and sprinkle with the sauce. Stretch film on it and let cool for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Serve in small ramekins with slices of cucumber and tomato, garnish with sesame seeds.
